Fudgy Brownies with Avocado chocolate icing – Avowest Avocados

Ingredients

• 1 Hass Avocado
• 1 tbsp Nut Butter (cashew or almond)
• ¼ cup Marple Syrup
• ¼ cup Cacao powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla essence
• 2 tbsp Flaxseed meal
• ½ cup Water
• 1 cup Peanut butter (smooth)
• ¾ cup Unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• ½ cup upto 1 cup brown sugar (depending how sweet you like it, we used 3/5 of a cup)
• ½ cup Blanched almond meal
• ½ cup Cocoa powder
• ½ tsp Sea salt
