- 4 or 5 Eggs; hard-boiled sliced
- 2 celery ribs diced
- 1 small sweet onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
