Gooey Almond and Coconut Chex Mix is a our favorite! We make it each Christmas to give out to neighbors because it makes a huge batch.
Ingredients
- 14 ounces Rice Chex Cereal
- 7 ounces sweetened coconut (shredded)
- 5 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 ¼ cups corn syrup
- dash salt
