• 1 3/4 cups (430 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) cocoa
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
• A set of 7 cutters of increasing size (round, star, etc..)
• 7 ribbons 30-inch (75-cm) long by 1 1/2-inch (3.5 cm) wide
