• 3 oz of your favorite Dark Chocolate (recommended: Dove)
• 1 ½ cups heavy cream
• ¼ cup whole milk
• 4 egg yolks
• ½ cup maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons bourbon
• 2 tablespoons fine granulated sugar
