- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic masala
- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
- Allow to fry
- Add in 1 kg cubed fillets
- 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons crushed chillies 🌶
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
- 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- Add in 1 packet tomato 🍅 paste
- 300ml fresh cream
- 300 ml milk
- 2 teaspoons maizena (corn flour) mixed with ½ cup milk
