Ginger Crinkles

Ingredients

• Cooking spray
• 2/3 c Packed dark brown sugar
• 1/3 c Stick margarine; softened
• 1/4 c Molasses
• 1 lg Egg whites
• 1 tb Crystallized ginger; chopped
• 1 1/3 c All-purpose flour
• 3/4 c Toasted wheat germ
• 2 ts Baking soda
• 1 ts Ground ginger
• 1 ts Ground cinnamon
• 2 tb Granulated sugar
