• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• ¾ + 1 tablespoon cold plant-based butter
• 1 ½ tablespoons plant-based buttermilk (1 tablespoon almond milk plus 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, mix well and let curdle for 10 min)
• 4+ tablespoons cold water
