Chippy Tea Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil (or butter)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 2 tsp honey
• 1/2 turmeric
• 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli
• 1 tbsp flour
• 250ml vegetable stock
• 1 tbsp malt vinegar
• salt and pepper, to taste
• Pizza dough
• 3 tbsp chip shop mushy pies
• handful of chip shop chips
• handful of chip shop scraps (to garnish)
• handful of grated cheddar
• handful of grated mozzarella
