These cookies are ideal for using up any leftover chocolate. Simply chop up any leftover chocolate bars and add to the dough.
Ingredients
- 135g cassonnade (dark brown sugar)
- 100g sugar
- 225g butter, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 210g flour
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 170g leftover chocolate bars
