- 225g icing sugar
- 25g butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essence
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons milk
- Mint green food colouring drops or gel
- 60g dark chocolate chips
- 10g butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon golden syrup
