• 2 tbsps (30 ml) frenchs tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) frenchs classic yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) dill pickle relish
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) montreal steak spice seasoning
• 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) ground beef
• 4 tsps (20 ml) montreal steak spice seasoning divided
• 8 slices cheese
• 4 hamburger rolls toasted
• Assorted toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced red onions
