Ingredients
- 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin (3 tablespoons plus 1 ½ teaspoons)
- 1½ cups water, divided
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1¼ cups light corn syrup
- 1½ cups confectioners' sugar (for dusting the final marshmallows)
- 24 squares of graham crackers
- 12 squares of bittersweet chocolate (about 4 chocolate bars)
- 12 large homemade marshmallows
