Ingredients: 1 (12oz) Package of Klement's Fresh Ground Hot or Mild Italian Sausage; 1 (10oz) Can of diced tomatoes (or Rotel if you want an extra kick with green chilies); 1 (8oz) Package of cream cheese; Ground sausage in a frying pan. Drain and add back to pan.; Drain can of tomatoes and add to frying pan.; Add cream cheese to pan and mix until melted. Transfer to a crockpot to keep warm.; Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
