Watermelon Feta Salad - Sweet Local Honey

Ingredients

• ½ Watermelon and Cut it Into Cubes
• 4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese: Opt for a block of feta cheese that you can crumble yourself for the best results
• 3 Cucumbers. Use smaller Persian cucumbers
• ½ Red onion, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp Finely chopped basil
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Local Raw Honey
• ½ tsp Kosher Salt
• ¼ pinch Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
• 3 tsp Lime Juice
