• The juice of 1/2 lime
• 1/2 avocado, diced
• 1 cup (170 g) diced cooked chicken
• 3/4 cup (130 g) canned corn kernels, drained
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
• 1 plum tomato, seeded and diced
• 1 celery stalk, diced
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (11 g) chopped cilantro
• 5 to 6 drops jalapeño Tabasco sauce, or to taste
• Salt and pepper
