Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pizza Crust Mix or 1 lb. (450 g) store-bought pizza dough
• 1¼ cups (300 mL) warm water (110–120°F/44–49°C)
• ⅓ cup (75 mL) olive oil or vegetable oil
• Cornmeal for dusting
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter, melted
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) Everything but the Pizza Seasoning
• 1 oz. (30 g) Parmesan cheese, finely grated (½ cup/125 mL)
• 8 oz. (250 g) mozzarella cheese, grated (2 cups/500 mL)
• Optional: Chopped fresh parsley
