Ingredients

• 18 Graham Crackers
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ cup cocoa
• 9 tablespoons butter
• 8 ounces Bedre Chocolate Wafers, chopped
• 24 ounces full fat cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 large eggs, at room temperature
• ¾ cup reduced pomegranate juice*
• 8 oz pomegranate seeds, about 1/2 a cup
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp corn starch
