Tropical French Toast Sandwich

Ingredients

• 8 slices King's Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread
• 4 large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon Cinnamon, ground
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup Diced Ripe Mango
• 1 cup Diced Ripe Pineapple
• 1 cup Diced Ripe Banana (do this at the last minute)
• 1 14 ounce can Coconut Milk, unsweetened
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
• 1 cup Flaked Coconut, sweetened
• Pinch salt
• Butter for greasing fry pan
