Peach Bourbon Sour
The sour is an old school, classic cocktail. We’ve switched it up here to utilise summer peaches, with a vanilla-peach syrup, bourbon, and lemon.
Ingredients
- 3 peaches, diced
- 100g sugar
- 450ml water
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 lemon, zest
- 50ml bourbon
- 25ml peach syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- A few dashes bitters
