Ingredients

• 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
• 7 g instant yeast
• 250 g flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• salt and pepper
• 1 shallot
• 6 plum tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 sprigs of fresh basil
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 6 jalapeño peppers
• 100 g grated mature cheese
