Sausage Sandwiches with Chilli Mayo and Caramelized Onions – Green Meadows Beef
Using our best-selling Angus Beef Sausages, this sausage sandwich recipe is quick and makes for an excellent lunch or easy dinner. Recreate yours at home.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 30g butter
- 3 onions, halved, sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (or yourfavourite hot sauce, to taste)
- 6 Green Meadows Beef Sausages
- 6 slices bread (we used white sourdough)
- Sliced cheese
- Micro greens (or your favourite salad greens)
