• 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
• .5 pound ground pork sausage
• 4 tablespoons chopped onion
• 2 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
• 2 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups Ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 2 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 3 tablespoons dried parsley
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
