• 2 avocado ripe chopped
• 1/2 tomato med finely chopped
• 1/2 red onion finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove finely grated
• 1 fresh chilli finely chopped
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Agarve syrup or caster sugar
