• 1 cup all-purpose flour (250 mL)
• 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa (150 mL)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder (2 mL)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk (125 mL)
• 3 tsps vanilla, divided (15 mL)
• 1 cup chopped nuts (250 mL)
• 2 cups HERSHEY'S CHIPITS Pure Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (350 g)
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) (300 mL)
