Ingredients

• 3 cups diced potatoes
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/2 cup grated carrot
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 1/2 cups milk (I use whole)
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/3 lb Velveeta cheese (I use more)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pepper, to taste
• 2 cups cubed ham (I use turkey ham, about 2 c.) (optional)
