Soft & Fluffy French Toast with Wild Berries

Ingredients

• 12 Mission Soft & Fluffy Wraps
• 6 large eggs
• 1 cup cream
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch salt
• 50g unsalted butter
• Dash oil, for frying
• Berry Filling :
• 60g unsalted butter
• ¾ cup maple syrup
• 1 punnet raspberries
• 1 punnet strawberries, hulled & cut in ½ or ¼ depending upon size
• 1 punnet blueberries
• To Serve :
• 4 tbsp pure cream
• Extra maple syrup
