apple cake bars - Lisi's Kitchen

Ingredients

• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 1/4 cups canola oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 medium granny smith apples, peeled and chopped (about 3 cups)
• 3/4’s cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted please)
