Ingredients

• 5 pounds red potatoes
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 6 hard-boiled eggs
• 1/3 cup onion, chopped
• 2/3 cup tender celery hearts, with leaves, chopped
• 1 quart Kraft Miracle Whip
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon fine ground black pepper
• 2 slices bacon
• 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• paprika
• parsley sprigs
