Ingredients

• 4-5 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
• 6-8 chicken legs/drumsticks and thighs with the bones in
• 200ml pomegranate juice from concentrate
• 2 tbsp honey
• Small bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 100g pomegranate seeds
