Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 200 gr. of softened butter
• 3/4 cups of sugar + 1/2 cup for meringue
• 2 cups of flour* (keep 1/2 extra if need be)
• 2 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
• 1/2 tsp of baking soda (mix it with a tiny amount of vinegar or lemon)
• pinch of salt
• 3 small apples and/or 10-15 large strawberries (400g)
