• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 lime, zested and juiced
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
