Ingredients: 4 medium sizebrushed potatoes; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 small red onion; 400 g button mushrooms; 1/2 bunch chives; 2/3 cup Greek style natural yoghurt; Salt; pepper; Chopping board; Wet chux; Pastry brush; Fork; Knife; Paper towel; Tongs; Foil; 1 tablespoon measure; Grater; Kitchen scissors; 1 cup measuring jug; 3 mixing bowls; Wooden spoon; Metal spoon; Electric fry pan; Microwave Oven; HANDY TIP: Place the wet chux cloth on your bench under the chopping board, this stops the board moving while you work.

Ingredients Method Wash and scrub the skin of the potatoes so they are nice and clean. Pat dry with paper towel. Adult help maybe required.
