Ingredients

• 6 Frescados Burrito Grande Style Tortillas
• ½ onion, chopped
• ½ green pepper, chopped
• 1 LB ground beef
• 1 packet of taco seasoning
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can black beans
• 2 cups refried beans
• 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
