Traditional Greek Salad - Geoff's favorite recipe - Instant Pot Fan Club
Here is my favorite Greek Salad Recipe. Very traditional and very authentic!
Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 long English cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- Feta Cheese (to taste) - or can use a vegan cheese substitute or omit altogether
- Kalamata olives
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar (or more - can use up to 5 tbsp to taste)
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- salt and pepper (to taste)
