Ingredients

• 200 g sweet potatoes
• ½ courgette
• ½ red sweet pepper
• 1 mozzarella (200g)
• 1 cayenne pepper
• 600 g pizza dough (ready-to-use)
• 1 shallot
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tin of cubed tomatoes (400 g)
• 5 fresh basil leaves
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper
