Sausage Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

• Dough:
• 6 to 6-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons ground mustard
• 2 envelopes Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup butter OR margarine
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• Sausage-Cheese Filling:
• 1-1/2 pound s sweet Italian sausage
• 1 large green pepper, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 8 ounces (2 cups ) shredded cheddar cheese
• Maple Glaze:
• 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 2 teaspoons whole mustard
