These potatoes are the perfect meal/snack/side dish to make while camping. They are easy and perfect for the grill or fire pit.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Potatoes, chopped in about one inch pieces (I love Golden Potatoes)
- 1 White Onion, chopped
- Olive Oil, about 1-2 tablespoons
- Seasonings of choice (I sprinkle with Salt & Steak Seasoning which is a mixture of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Coriander Seed, Dill, & Red Pepper)
