Ingredients

• 1 cup light cream cheese
• 1 cup strawberry yogurt
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tsp unsweetened gelatine
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups strawberries, thinly sliced
• 3/4 cup graham cracker pie crust
