Ingredients

• 2 slices of sourdough bread
• 1/2 cup (125 g) Canadian brie cheese
• sliced (or more as desired)
• 1/2 cup (125 g) Canadian gruyere cheese
• shredded (or more as desired)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Canadian butter
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) caramelized onion jam
• 1 tsp (5 ml) dried thyme leaves
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) truffle honey (or regular honey)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) blackberries
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) raspberries
• Juice and zest of 1 lemon
