• 2 tablespoons glazed peel
• 1 teaspoon all spice
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• pinch of cloves
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• At least 5 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon water
• 45 gram sugar
