• 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
• 3/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
• 5 Green onions, finely sliced
• 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup Sour cream or Mexican crema
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
• 2 ts Chili powder
• 1 ts Ground cumin
• 1 ts Smoked paprika
• 1 Lime, zested and juiced
