• 12 large prawns , cleaned, vein removed, washed.
• Salt to taste
• Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
• Mix vegetables for stir fry 1/2 kg
• Egg noodles 1/2 packet
• chicken stock cubes 2 Knorr warmed in water and made into stock of 1 jug
• Olive oil 1 tablespoon
• 1 red chillie chopped small bits
• Ginger 1/2 inch grated or chopped in bits
• Garlic cloves 2 crushed
• Lemon juice 1/2 cup
• Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
• 1.2 cup coriander chopped
• 2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
• Star anise 1
• Balck pepper pinch
