Ingredients

• Chocolate Ice Cream:
• 5 large egg yolks
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 1 ¾ cups heavy cream
• ¾ cup whole or 2% milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 7 oz Perugina Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
• Vanilla Ice Cream:
• 3 cups whole milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
• 1 cup sugar, divided
• 8 large egg yolks
• Strawberry Balsamic Ice Cream
• For the strawberry purée:
• 3 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
• 2 ½ tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar
• For the Ice Cream Base:
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
