Choc Chip Oats Cookies recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 250g butter (room temp.),
• 1 cup white sugar,
• 1 cup brown sugar,
• 2 XL eggs,
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence,
• 2 cups flour,
• 2+½ cups oats,
• 1 teaspoon baking powder,
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda,
• 1 cup choc-chips,
• 60g grated chocolate,
• 1+½ cups chopped pecan
