• 3/4 cup of canned, black beans, drained
• 3/4 cup of canned, whole kernel corn, drained
• 1/4 cup of pimento, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
• 1 pound of ground sirloin
• 1 pound of ground chuck
• 2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground peppercorns
• 1 tablespoon of hickory liquid smoke
• 6 (4" round)Kaiser rolls, split
• 12 tablespoons of butter, at room temp.
