Name: Tequila Mockingbird – Monica Mixes
Ingredients: 1 slice jalapeno; 3 1" watermelon cubes; 2 ounces white tequila I used Hornitos Silver (which is really Sauza silver) because it was cheap and I was feeling the pinch but it was GREAT in this drink!!; 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice; saucerful tajin for the rim of the glass...you can mix this with salt if you want more salt and less acid.
