- 3/8 C red wine vinegar
- 2 T fresh oregano leaves
- 1 T fresh rosemary leaves

- Zest from one lemon
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t Sriracha sauce
- ½ t black pepper
- ½ t kosher salt
- 2 huge garlic cloves
