• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• 3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
• 1 Onion, sliced into half moon sliced
• 8oz of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
• 2 Tbsp of Flour
• 2 cup of Beef Broth
• Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
