- 125g Soft Butter
- ¾ cup normal sugar
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence and little Almond Essence (OR SEE NOTE BELOW)
- 2 cups Dessicated Coconut
- +- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder (Depending on how deep brown you prefer)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- Add eggs (one at a time)
- Add essences
- Add the Baking Powder and Cocoa powder
- (If using Mint Chocolate then add Mint essence in the dough also) THEN
